PD+ Version Feature Adjustment
PD+ version shock absorber function adjustment
The shock absorber can adjust the rebound damping in stages according to different driving modes, with the following ranges for the number of rebound stages in each mode:
Urban road section: The number of rebound cycles is between -21 and -30.
Off-road section: Rebound count ranges from -11 to -20.
Competition or desert stage: the number of rebound segments ranges from -1 to 10.
Note: When tightened fully in the clockwise direction, the damping force is at its maximum, and the gear position is 0.
GP version Function Adjustment
Functional adjustment of the GP‑version shock absorber
The shock absorber can adjust compression and rebound damping in discrete stages according to different driving modes, with the following ranges of stages for each mode:
Off-road mode (cross-country/desert): Compression stroke range is -1 to -3, rebound stroke range is -4 to -6.
High-speed control mode: compression stroke count: -4 to -6, rebound stroke count: -1 to -3
Comfort Mode: Compression stroke range is -7 to -9, rebound stroke range is -7 to -9.
Note: When tightened fully in the clockwise direction, the damping force is at its maximum, and the gear position is 0.
Competitive Mode Feature Adjustment
Low-speed damping adjustment
Controls the damping force of compression. Controls body roll.
(-5)-(-10) section: Competition Mode (Extreme Off-Road, Racing)
(-10)-(-18) section: Normal mode (city, standard off-road)
(-18)-(-25) section: Comfort mode (city, climbing)
Low-speed adjustment method
Use the DN‑specific adjustment tool to make the setting: turn clockwise toward the “+” mark all the way to close, then turn counterclockwise toward the “_” mark until you reach the desired position.
Competitive Mode Feature Adjustment
High-speed damping adjustment
At high speeds, it effectively cushions large impacts from vehicle jumps. It features an adjustable force range and a wide application scope.
High-speed adjustment method
Use a 17mm socket wrench to adjust: turn counterclockwise toward the “–” mark for loosening, and clockwise for tightening.
Rotating in the direction of the “+” sign increases stiffness, allowing you to adjust both comfort and firmness according to road conditions.
(-8)-(-13) Section: Competition Mode (Extreme Off-Road, Racing)
(-13)-(-18) section: Normal mode (city, standard off-road)
(-18)-(-25) section: Comfort mode (city, climbing)
Competitive Mode Feature Adjustment
Rebound adjustment
When driving at high speeds, it effectively cushions large impacts from vehicle jumps, with adjustable force settings and a wide range of applicability.
(-6)-(-8) section: Competition Mode (Deep Off-Road, Racing)
(-8)-(-12) section: Normal mode (city, standard off-road)
(-12)-(-15) section: Comfort mode (city, climbing)
Rebound Adjustment Method
Use the DN‑specific adjustment tool to make the setting: turn clockwise all the way to close, then turn counterclockwise to adjust to the desired position.
