DN Multi‑Durability Shock Absorbers is committed to a customized design philosophy. Based on customer requirements and vehicle chassis data, we can provide each vehicle with a tailor‑made, proprietary shock absorber.
1. Apply for customization
Please provide your contact information, and a dedicated customer service representative will reach out to you within 48 hours to confirm your registration details and the specific vehicle model for which you require a custom shock absorber.
2. Invitation Planning
Confirm the vehicle data and arrange a specific appointment; during the customization process, we will present you with a range of options to choose from, ultimately tailoring a personalized solution that meets your exact needs and creating a one-of-a-kind vehicle shock absorber for you. Once the shock absorber purchase contract is signed, we will collect payment. Throughout the manufacturing process, we will provide you with regular updates on the production status of your shock absorbers.
3. Product Delivery
Prior to the completion of your custom shock absorber, we will confirm the delivery date with you three business days in advance—subject to the specific customization requirements—and provide installation guidance and tuning services.
4. After-sales Service
Following delivery of the shock absorber, we will provide you with information on the contents of the ancillary value-added service module.
Civilian‑grade shock absorbers: For defects attributable to the product itself, replacement is available within three months, and free repairs are provided for one year. Lifetime paid maintenance, servicing, and upgrade services are also offered.
DN multi‑stage vibration‑damping maintenance recommendation: Perform the first service at 15,000 km, and thereafter every 20,000 km.
Race‑grade shock absorbers: Backed by a dedicated after‑sales service team, we support major annual racing events. The DN professional racing services group offers expert technical guidance to ensure your race car performs at its best.
