DN Multi-Damping Shock Absorbers is dedicated to a customized design philosophy—allowing us to provide vehicles with shock absorbers tailored specifically to their needs, based on customer requirements and vehicle chassis data.
1. Apply for Customization
Please leave your contact details, and within 48 hours, our dedicated customer service representative will reach out to you to confirm your registration information and discuss the specific vehicle model for which you’d like customized dampers.
2. Invitation and Scheduling
Confirm the specific timing for discussing vehicle data, and during the customization process, we’ll present you with tailored options to choose from. Based on your requirements, we’ll ultimately develop a personalized, one-of-a-kind suspension solution designed exclusively for your vehicle. Once finalized, we’ll proceed to sign the suspension purchase contract and collect payment for the product. Throughout the manufacturing process, we’ll keep you updated regularly with detailed progress reports on your custom suspension unit.
3. Product Delivery
Before your exclusive shock absorbers are fully produced (the exact customization period depends on the specifics of your order), we will confirm the delivery date with you three business days in advance. We’ll also provide installation guidance and tuning services.
4. After-sales Service
After the shock absorbers are delivered, we will provide you with additional value-added service module content.
Civilian Series Shock Absorbers: Due to inherent product quality issues, replacements are available within three months, and free repairs are provided for up to one year. Lifetime access to paid maintenance, repair, and upgrade services is also offered.
DN Multi-Damping Vibration Control Maintenance Recommendation: Perform the first service at 15,000 km, followed by maintenance every 20,000 km thereafter.
Racing Series Shock Absorbers: Backed by a dedicated after-sales service team, we provide expert technical guidance for your race car, ensuring smooth performance during annual major events and competitive races.
